You basically:

%26gt; Brew a strong chamomile tea

%26gt; Let it sit 'til it's lukewarm

%26gt; Add some lemon juice to it

%26gt; Spray or comb on to hair

%26gt; Sit in sun if you can

%26gt; Make sure to leave it in for 20 minutes

%26gt; Rinse

You can do that and it won't damage your hair, its natural. All you have to do is rinse it with the tea, adding lemon juice helps and you may have to rinse it everyday to see results. I'm not sure if it works for black hair, though.
