Hairdresser "bumps" up the color in between highlighting appts using a "honey" color but don't know what she uses and won't be able to see her for another 2 months.
Have dark roots showing in blonde highlighted hair. What's best product to buy to lighten just roots?
Depends how dark your hair is naturally and what tone you like to go to. If your honey colour is a warm one (yellow or gold undertones) then usually a permanent hair colour will do (unless you're hair is very dark) otherwise, you will need to use powder lightener and then tone with the "Honey" When it comes to blonde... it is almost impossible to give advice unless you are able to actually see your hair, so get a professional opinion before you go ahead with it (I've seen TOO many home hair colours go wrong ESPECIALLY with blonde!!)
