Hair thinned??? help?

I have had my hair thinned twice cause its so dang thick. If your hairs reallllly thick, dont worry, it wont lose its thick look. Just tell the dresser you want it thinned, but not too much to where youll lose the thick look you want, theyll know what to do. Good Luck:)

u are better off to just try and fix the knots. what you can do is put lots of conditioner underneath and leave it in for 5-10 minns. dont use shampoo on the underneath. slepp with ur hair in a plat it will reduce tangling during the night which is when most of it happens. Comb through ur hair when the conditioner is in it. Dont brush it that will break the hair.

Tell her exactly what you said you want! your hair to look thick but at the same time, reduce the thickness underneath , to make it so it doesn't knot so easy. They have thinning shears that have less teeth per square inch, where some have more teeth per square inch. also they have blending shears. If your hair is long, and she does the underneath, it will keep your hair looking thicker. Make sure you watch her that she doesn't over thin it. Don't be scared to speak up and ask her to let you comb or brush it to see how easy the brush or comb goes through it. If you must have her stop, check it , and if need be, thin it some more. remember it's your hair and your paying. She should be able to tell by feeling your hair it's texture and which shears to use. Also you may want try a good detangler for your hair. Good luck! I don't fore see any trouble. If you know some one who has been it the business a while, you take less chance of getting some one with less experience. But you can also ask how long they have been doing it. Hope this helpful!
