It can be the chemicals in your water. The best thing to do is to get a purple shampoo (Logics so-silver) that will counter act the gold color and make it more of a pale blonde. Then follow up with using the Blonde Glam line by Redken (its awesome) to keep your blonde on good shape. Good Luck!

Pantenne do a shampoo and conditioner for highlighted hair and i find its keeps the look and the condition spot on... well reccomended.

Use a purple shampoo... like SoSilver this nutrilizes the yellow.

sorley, is right. You need a purple shampoo (So silver) Purple is opposite yellow on the colour wheel so neutralises it.

You could buy a specialist shampoo or you could wet hair and massage ketchup into it for a couple of minutesd and then shampoo and condition as usual - this was suggested to me and worked a treat!

you need a toner on it to keep it on the whiter side than yellow. Or as someone of you have said a purple shampoo.

yes there is a peroxide wash you can get to give it life ask your hairdresser and put some wax shine on it when its dry but use sparingly and your hair Will look fab
