Hair Dilemma!?

I have a quite light skin complexion and currently have brown/blonde hair with highlights. What hair colour would make me look more tanned?!

instead of trying to fix the problem through your hair,

instead of a foundation (throw it away - that stuff is awful)

grab a great bronzer, i use one from BED HEAD called Glamma Bronzer, but it's $25, you can get a cheaper version if you need to at any drug store.

using a big brush, swirl the brush in the bronzer and lightly dust it on your face, you won't believe how lightly tanned and 'model' like you will look.

Go for Ashed colour. It will make you look tanned and sexy.
