i currently have light brown hair with highlights (added) heehee

and .....

i want to dye my hair black, just to let you know i have blue blue eyes and light skin. also.......i am not the gothic black hair and nails type, i just think black hair will make my eyes stand out better.

but, it may make me look really white......i can do the tanning bed thing though. jus a lil help with anyone else tired of their haircolor

yeah, i think with the black eye and blue blue eyes will make yur eyes stand out more. maybe if you do so, then the first thing ppl will see in you will be yur eyes. i think thats gorgous!~!

How about starting with a few shades darker than your own? That might give you the boost you want without washing you out completely.

Go bold, thats really the best way to do it. Dye it all black and add highlights so that it doesnt seem too dark for you skin color. Maybe add in some reds or... blues to add some spark to this make over. Maybe cut it shorter and throw in some punky side bangs

Please don't tan. It's not worth the skin cancer. Plus - what if it dulls your hair or something?

i don't think you should do BLACK black. maybe just a really really dark brown. i don't like my hair color either. it's getting to be kind of weird. but i'm dying it soon dark brown :]]

Go and dye your hair if you want, but if you say that your eyes are really blue..they probably already stand out. Why don't you try a really dark brown first and see if you like it.

don't do black. you can go dark w/o goin black. if you've never tryed it though, it probably would look really good w/ blue eyes and red, red lips. like Snow White. depends on the cut of your hair.

I would either go with a super dark brown, or if your totally set on dying it black, for the love of God, don't do it yourself. Black can be really harsh, but if it's done right it can look really good.

I wouldn't do the tanning bed thing though. I think black hair looks better on people with pretty pale skin.

My hair's dark brown with platinum blonde highlights. I'm getting bored with it though. I think it's time to go purple or burgundy or something.

why not get Natural Instincts or something like that. It washes out in about 3 months,so you don't look weired as your hair grows. I use the Plumb Oasis, it looks black indoors and plumb outside. There is a blue black.
