My hairdresser told me to use something like `Bold` or` Daz` to strip out a colour I didn`t like. I had a terrible colour which I had done at home. It worked but I had to do it a couple of times and used loads of conditioner to stop my hair being damaged.

First,am a trained hairdresser, was this friend full trained? was it professional colours etc,or was it colour you buy from chemist etc.was it a permanent colour.
can i just add,i would make her pal for her mistake chick, and she should offer.
You could go to your nearest college that do hairdressing and the students will be watched over well they fix it,for you,my local college only charge 鎷?-鎷? for colours etc
hope this helps chick

ok rite the question is do u want ur hair left hi lighted. if so the yes refoil the hair and get closer to the roots using the same colour then use a toner to get rid of the gingerness. but if u want my advise go get a dark colour and colour over it...leave it 4 a while b4 u try and put any colour on. try 2 get a colour that is close 2 ur natural then wen ur roots start 2 grow it will b less noticable. good luck oh and use plenty of conditioner when u wash ur hair.

whatever u do DO NOT try to put a darker colour over the top as it will not take and may end up with an undesired colour. your best bet would be to try it again if ur hair isnt too damaged. the only other alternatives would be a haircut or a colour strip at a hairdressers both of which are costly. best of luck i hope it works out x

Hi the best thing to do is probably go back to your natural colour using either a toner, which are fairly cheap in the shops, or use a Quasi (mix two bottles together) again these are fairly cheap in the shop and may even be available in some garages, now if needed. try and chose some thing quite close to your original colour or you could apply some warmer (red) tones that would enhance your natural colour, this will cover all the mistakes your friend has managed to do. ask her to enrol on a Hairdressing course ASAP

the best would be to buy a semi permenant colour and put it back to it's natural col.Or you could find a salon looking for models for colour classes.
