I need a product for highlighting my hair! Please Help me!?

I am want to highlight my hair light blue but I can't find any products for that color. Can anybody tell me where to get any? Please Help Me!

well first off spray sun in on the sections u want highlighted and sit out in the sun for about 2-3 hours. that will give u some regular blonde highlights than after that just take some spray on blu dye and spray it over the regular blonde highlights u got and dont wash ur hair for 3 days. after that u can take a shower and since blonde hair can get stained very easily u will have beatiful light/medium blue highlights!!!

p.s. this method only works if u have naturaly very light brown or blonde hair
