Permanent hair dye!?

okay i want a permamnent hair dye,

no manic panic which eventually fades with a couple washes i want one that will stay in my hair like highlights do.

any suggestions?

If you are looking for a color like pink or blue, then you should try Special Effects brand hair dye. You can pick it up at Hot Topic or you can try http://www.specialeffectsusa.com/ Their dye isnt permanent (no one's is in these colors) but it is as close as you can get!

Assuming you have the parts you want to color bleached or they are naturally blonde, Special Effects will give you a really vibrant result that will fade over a few weeks. i want a permanent hair dye too! i'm thinking about buying a Garnier Fructis, but I'm not sure anymore. A lot of people say it sucks..lol, sorry not very helpful.
